An under-appreciated classic. Organic rolled oats, plump raisins, brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and sea salt. Soft, chewy, and perfect. Not terribly sweet, and they stay soft and wonderful for many days.
It was recently brought to our attention that we have a customer named Otis, who is a huge fan of these cookies. He just turned 7, and for several years his family has made a weekly tradition of coming to the Burlington Farmer's Market to get Otis an oatmeal raisin cookie. Well, since we're sadly not participating in the Burlington Farmer's Market this season, we've added these cookies to the lineup. And you have Otis to thank.
