Our beautiful Hereford cows spent the entire season out on pasture, rotated into a lush new paddock every week. They were happy, healthy, and respected; never treated with antibiotics or hormones. The meat that they produced is absolutely exquisite. All beef will arrive vacuum-sealed and frozen.
Do note that when you buy ground beef in increments of 10 or 20lb, you will still receive 1Lb retail packages, not large bulk packaging.
Our beef is processed at Brault's Meat Market & Slaughterhouse in Troy, VT then cut and packaged at Brown's Custom Meat Processing in Glover.
