German chocolate cake is Bailey's absolutely favorite, and I bake one for his birthday every October. So to celebrate his birthday month, we'll be offering a limited number of whole German Chocolate Cakes for you and your family to enjoy!
The cake itself is robust and stately. Made with fair-trade organic dark chocolate, it is incredibly moist and wonderful. It's layered with a sweet, gooey filling made with organic brown sugar, organic coconut, and toasted pecans.
One 6" round 3 layer cake yields 6-8 servings. It'll last in the fridge for a week. If possible, bring to room temperature before eating.
