Berry Canary Digiplexis Plant

Digiplexis

$14.95

We all know garden Digitalis, but fewer of us have seen the Canary Island Foxglove, Isoplexis. Well the two of them got together and made some really outstanding babies. (It seems that Isoplexis has been reclassified as Digitalis now so I suppose this should be sold a Digitalis, but it's hard to give up old names!)

Digiplexis is less hardy than D. purpurea types, and should be pampered a bit more. It will flower in the first year and is worth growing as an annual or container plant in colder climates but will become a true perennial in warm zones. Keep flowers trimmed off to encourage rebloom and enjoy the show all summer. They are charming cut flowers as well.

Asexual propagation prohibited.
