It really doesn't get any better than this. Mac and cheese with a rich creamy wonderful butternut béchamel, made with Sweet Rowen milk, organic butternut squash, and cream, along with cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan. It is topped with a layer of housemade rosemary breadcrumbs with fresh sage and parmesan.
This is a new container for us. It is a 8" x 6" aluminum casserole pan, ready to simply pop in the oven. It contains 2 1/4 Lb of butternut mac & cheese, or 4 generous servings.
