If there are any issues with your order or you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know within 3 days of delivery so that we can make it right.
- All returns must be prior authorized by an Ardelia Farm staff member. Please do not return anything without approval. To get in touch, please contact us.
- Merchandise. If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging (see bullet above). If you ordered the wrong item or wrong size merchandise, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee may be assessed if the original packaging has been opened, or if the item has been used and/or is not returned in original condition.
- Seed & Live Plant Material. We cannot accept returns of seeds or live plants. If you receive a damaged packet or plant, contact us immediately and we would be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund. NOTE: Growing anything involves risk taking. Many factors go into growing healthy plants such as light intensity, temperature, and soil nutrition. We are not responsible for anything beyond the purchase price of your product. If you have quality complaints that go beyond environmental/grower factors, please do let us know.
