We bake with organic flour, organic VT buttermilk and yogurt from Butterworks Farm, as well as organic butter, grains, nuts, fresh & dried fruits, chocolates, and sugars, using eggs from happy pasture-raised hens fed non-gmo feed at Pigasus Meats. All components of your dessert will be made fresh, in-house, from scratch, using only real ingredients. Ardelia Farm & Co. cakes feature silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream.

We bring a variety of freshly baked scones, cookies, brownies, macaroons, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes and more to market each week. And while we have a few market staples – such as chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter brownies, and cranberry walnut scones – our market menu changes with the seasons. We prominently feature our own rhubarb, zucchini, berries, tomatoes, apples, pumpkin, and more as they become seasonally available.

All wedding cakes have 3 layers of cake per tier, to be cut in traditional 1x2x4” servings. Starting prices include only basic décor and traditional flavors, adjusted based on flavor choice and intricacy of design.
Saturday weddings require a $1,000 minimum order.
