Our go-to Southwestern chili. Our own pastured pork and grass-fed beef, roasted sweet potato, organic tomato, black and kidney beans, and a decent amount of spice, along with a couple of "secret" ingredients to add some depth, complexity, and sophistication (cinnamon and cocoa). 

We like it topped with cheddar cheese and/or sour cream, with a pile of tortilla chips on the side (none of this is included). But it's also great with cornbread, crackers, spaghetti (if you're from Cincinnati), or however else you like your chili.
