The bacon is thick-cut & the chops are 1.25" thick. Our pork is processed and smoked at Brault's Meat Market & Slaughterhouse in Troy, VT and packaged at Brown's Custom Meat Processing in Glover.
Do note that if you order multiples of something, their weight may differ slightly but the total weight will meet or exceed your order. For example, if you order 2# of breakfast sausage, one may be .9# and the other 1.2#.
