This week, we’re serving up a delicious Indian dinner party for the adventurous Vermonter: chicken tikka masala, baingan bharta, pork vindaloo, cucumber raita, jasmine rice & cilantro.
Indian is by far my favorite cuisine. It brings me just as much joy to cook it as it does to eat it.
A good curry takes time and love; I grind all of my own spice blends and cut no corners. This food is special, and it's my privilege to be able to share it with you while continuing to support local farms as we source our ingredients.
