Take your taste buds on a tropical vacation!
This week’s dinner party menu is vibrant and full of flavor: Hulu huli lettuce wraps made with Hillside Farm
pasture-raised chicken in a sweet & spicy sauce with fresh ginger, pureed pineapple, tamari, and serrano chiles; jícama slaw with a zippy lime vinaigrette; Hawaiian fried rice with fresh veggies, pineapple, and Snug Valley
ham; and haupia, or Hawaiian-style coconut pudding.
While we're fortunate to be "stuck" in Vermont, such a beautiful state, we wanted to transport our customers to their own paradise, complete with the table-setting flowers: We have big beautiful bunches of lisianthus available this week at Ardelia Farm, along with several new bakery items.
