This week we’ll be making Bao, a tasty and wildly popular Taiwanese street food that we will deliver directly to you here in Vermont!
Steamed buns filled with a sweet and spicy pulled pork, gingery pickled cabbage and carrot, and other toppings, along with a sesame broccoli salad with sweet potato.
My friend and Kingdom Direct kitchen partner, Chef Liz made bao for me for my birthday several months ago, and we’ve been talking about it ever since. And to make it even more special, the meat this week is from our very own pigs raised right here at Ardelia Farm!
